Emergency Practice: Declared State of Emergency
A Psychologist licensed or registered in another state may practice in Alabama for sixty (60) days without a license ONLY when the Governor has declared a State of Emergency. Refer to Ala. Code 34-26-41(g) and Rule 750-X-2.08(7) for specifics.
